2024 Workshops:

Participants joined us for 4 days of seminar style workshops to gain confidence in navigating adulthood as cancer survivors. These were the workshops offered to give you an idea of topics covered:

  • Nutrition & Meal Prepping

    Participants will learn the fundamentals of healthy eating, acquiring practical skills for planning and preparing nutritious meals to support overall well-being!

  • Mock Interviews & Resume Writing

    Participants will practice job interviews, refine their resume writing skills, and gain the confidence needed to succeed in the professional world.

  • Financial Literacy - Taxes

    Participants will gain insights into filing taxes, understanding deductions, and managing their finances to build a foundation for fiscal success.

  • Social Cues

    Participants will sharpen their interpersonal skills, learning to navigate social situations with confidence by understanding and interpreting non-verbal cues.

  • Cancer Journey - Q&A

    Participants will engage in an open discussion, addressing questions and concerns related to the cancer experience, the challenges associated with cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
