Meet Grace - a second year camper who so bravely shares her story of being diagnosed with cancer at a young age and how Camp Ānuenue gave her the confidence to keep on fighting. Her story captures the power of camp and the necessity of young survivors having a place to go where they don’t feel alone in their battle. Sadly, Grace passed away on March 9th, 2021. We are so honored to have had her in our lives and she will always be a cherished Forever Camper.

Monetary:
Camp Anuenue is a tax-exempt non-profit that is fully funded by generous donations from individuals, businesses and grants. These funds provide an unforgettable week-long experience free of charge to survivors and their families. The average cost for one child to attend camp for the week is approximately $2,000. All of our staff are volunteers so 100% of the money you donate goes directly to the program.

Services:
We are always looking for people who want to share their time or talent with our keiki. Over the years we have hosted artists, musicians, astronomers, DJs, dancers and yoga instructors to name a few. Each of these new experiences provide an opportunity for our campers to learn and grow and are often therapeutic in ways we did not expect. If there is something that you would like to share with our camp family please contact us.
In Kind:
There are many activities and events during the week of camp. In addition to monetary and time donations we also welcome items needed to make the week extra special. Such items include: prizes/gifts for boys and girls ages 7-18, individually wrapped snacks and housekeeping supplies.
